Samples: We do our best but cannot guarantee all seed characteristics. All seeds are botanical samples with best practices done for age, variety accuracy, and germination rate.

Shipping: Shipping fees change, and delays happen in this current day & age. You know why you’re paying a shipping fee - to get a free product to you. If your package is lost in transit, returned to sender, or redirected - we are sorry on behalf of the USPS and will work with you to get a replacement if possible due to inventory - though no refund will be issued and shipping fees may still be required to support our efforts.

Transparency: This extremely hard work is packaged up for free with no refunds. However, if there is a mistake with your order, we can likely fix it before going out to shipping if you communicate quickly with us - please reach out to our Contact Us Form or Email at info@holocenehomestead.com
